PUDINA (पुदीना ) PEPPERMINT Pudina in kitchen has its own importance. It is very beneficial in summers. It is useful in many diseases. It can be dried and used in making Raitha (Dish made of curd). It increase taste of Mango Panna. It is useful in vomiting, diarrhea, nausea and stomach ailments. USES Pudina is used as painkiller in tooth ache. Pudina juice relieves tooth ache. Pudina Juice also provide relief to skin in sun burn. Pudina if taken helps avoid heat strokes. DRY IT : Wash Pudina leaf and dry it under a fan, on a paper . when it is dry , crush it fill in a air tight container. : Put Fresh leafs of Pudina in Ice tray and put water or olive oil in it and freeze it for using later on .
